Practising lawyer. Member of Barcelona Bar Association. He specialises in commercial and tax law.
In the tax law area he advises resident and non-resident companies in various industries (healthcare, property, telecommunications, sport and leisure developers, etc.). He works on planning the sale of companies, corporate restructuring and investment projects, tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, passing on family companies, and taxation for artists and sportspeople. He also defends clients’ interests in lawsuits against the tax authorities at all levels.
In commercial and company law his work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial advice for companies and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in closing shareholders’ agreements and family business agreements as well as advising on disputes within companies.
Bachelor of Law from Escuela Universitaria Abat Oliba, Master of Taxation and Tax Consulting from Centro de Estudios Financieros de Barcelona, Master of International Legislation and Foreign Trade from Barcelona Bar Association, Postgraduate Qualification in International Tax Law from Universidad de Barcelona.
